Gorgoroth Discografía

No creo tener que decir mucho acerca de esta banda, pero para los que no saben ay les va. Gorgoroth es fundada por su guitarrista Infernus alla en Noruega, es de la categoría del "True Norwegian Black Metal", si me pongo a escribir de sus infinitas formaciones no acabaría nunca, pero cabe destacar que ha estado en sus filas gente como el gordito Nicholas Barker (Brujería,Old Mans Child,Dimmu Borgir), Samoth (Burzum,Satyricon,Arcturus,Emperor), Hellhammer (Mayhem,Arcturus,Covenant), por mencionarles los más conocidos.

Existen varias controversias alrededor de este grupo, la más sonada es que no dejan que sus letras se publiquen en la internet, de hecho si se meten a Darklyrics.com, encontraran en su sección el siguiente mensaje: "Gorgoroth lyrics removed due to copyright complaint by the band".

Otro de estos aspectos es su controversial presentación en vivo en Kraków, Polonia, donde tocaron entre cabezas de cabras, baños de sangre y pusieron 4 modelos desnudas y crucificadas, por este motivo creo que se metieron en líos legales segun las leyes de aquella region. Y pues la última que me he enterado, es la partición en dos de la banda, ya se que puede sonar raro, pero Infernus esta por su lado, y Gaahl y King ov Hell por el suyo, los dos peleando el nombre, aunque ya se ha anunciado el lanzamiento de "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" para este 2009, y en la alineación esta el buen Infernus con Tormentor y Pest de regreso, lo que quiere decir que se ganó la batalla por el legendario nombre, espero no haberlos confundido, lo que si es que esta banda es de las de cajón, una leyenda, Gorgoroth.

Según lo que el nos platica, hay en sus influencias nombres como: Dimmu Borgir, Dream Theater, Type O Negative, In Flames, y uno que menciona bastante, me refiero a el señor Danny Elfman, a quien conocemos por musicalizar los films de Burton. Musicalmente hablando este album que les presento aqui, podria llegar a parecerles un poco ambivalente, por sus mismas influencias se nota tal diversidad, principalmente predomina el sonido Black, y hay algo de Industrial, un poco de Sinfónico, en fin bastante completo.

Pronto le estaré enviando una entrevista a este buen músico estadounidense, y en cuanto la tenga de regreso la posteo aqui para que sepan más acerca de Autumns Eyes, que aclaro que no es ninguna cosa nueva, sus inicios se remontan a 1999, asi que esperen la platica con Dan y a descargar, juzguen uds. mismos.
